999x FAQ
Whether you are about to start playing at 999x or already playing, this page gives clear answers to the most common questions — on deposits, withdrawals, slots, live dealer, and security.
999x is a trusted online gaming platform in Bangladesh where you can deposit from as little as ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, with withdrawals typically completed within 5–30 minutes. Below you will find detailed answers to the questions players ask most often about slots, live dealer games, support, security, and payment methods. If you cannot find your answer, reach out to our 24/7 live chat support.
Slots & Jackpots
In most slot games, a free spin round is triggered when three or more scatter symbols land on the reels at the same time. During this round, no money is deducted from your bet, but you still have a chance to win. In some games, the number of free spins can be increased again, which is known as a retrigger. Free spin rules vary from game to game, so it is worth reading the game info before you play.
When your budget is limited, go for low-volatility slots — they pay out small wins frequently and help your balance last longer. Also, keep your bet at the minimum each round. At 999x there are many slots where you can enjoy the full game experience with a very small stake. Get comfortable first, then consider raising your bets.
Yes, many slot games at 999x offer a demo or free-play mode. This mode requires no real money — you play with virtual credits to learn the game's features, bonus rounds, and rules. To win real money you will need to log in and play in real money mode. Demo mode is a great way for new players to get started.
Volatility is an indicator of the pattern and size of wins in a slot game. High volatility means wins come less often but are larger; low volatility means smaller but more frequent wins. Medium volatility balances the two. Choosing volatility based on your balance and patience makes the gaming experience more enjoyable.
RTP, or Return to Player, is a theoretical rate — it measures how much of every ৳100 wagered is returned on average over the long term. It is calculated across millions of spins, so it does not apply to a single session or a few sessions. A higher RTP means the game returns comparatively more over the long run — but it is not a guarantee of individual winnings. Play responsibly.
Support Questions
Yes, the 999x support team is active seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Whether it is night or day, or even during Eid holidays, support is never offline. Contact us via live chat or email and a real representative will assist you.
Before contacting support, have your registered mobile number or username, a brief description of the issue, and, if relevant, the date and amount of the transaction at hand. If you have a screenshot, attach that too. This helps the representative identify and resolve your issue faster.
The 999x support team assists in both Bengali and English. This was set up with Bangladeshi players in mind, so that no one runs into trouble because of a language barrier. Write in Bengali on live chat and you will get a reply in Bengali.
999x has two support channels: Live Chat — log in to the site and chat instantly in real time; and Email — send a message to [email protected]. Both channels are available 24/7. There is no support by phone number or social media messaging, so please use only these two official channels.
Stay Safe
A strong password should have at least 12 characters, mixing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (such as @, #, !). Never use your own name, date of birth, or simple passwords like "123456". Do not use your 999x account password on any other site, and change it regularly.
If you suspect an unfamiliar transaction or unauthorized login on your account, change your password immediately and let us know via 999x live chat or at [email protected]. The support team can temporarily lock the account and investigate. The sooner you report it, the less potential damage there will be.
Yes, 999x uses SSL encryption technology. This means your personal information and transaction data are sent through an encrypted channel, making it practically impossible for third parties to read or steal. Always check that the site URL shows "https" to confirm you are on the correct site.
Fake sites often use the same design but have a different URL — such as extra hyphens, misspellings, or a different domain extension. Always access the site by typing 999x.mom directly. Do not click unfamiliar links and log in through them. Not every page on social media using the 999x name is official.
No — never. No representative of 999x support or any payment service will ever ask for your OTP, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or account password. If anyone asks for this, it is a fraud attempt — cut off contact immediately and notify 999x support.
Live Dealer Games
Live dealer tables are designed with players of different budgets in mind. Low-limit tables are available for smaller budgets and high-limit tables are available separately for experienced players. The limit for each table is clearly displayed in the game lobby — check before you sit down.
In a live dealer game, a real dealer sits in front of a camera in a studio and runs the game. You watch that dealer through a live video stream and place your bets by clicking buttons on the screen. You can play from any device and the outcome is determined by real cards or a real roulette wheel rather than a computer-generated result.
In Teen Patti, each player is dealt three cards and the player with the best hand wins — it is much like three-card poker. Andar Bahar is even simpler: the dealer reveals one card and you bet on whether the next card of that rank will fall on the Andar (left) side or the Bahar (right) side. Both are games of chance.
In Baccarat you bet on one of three outcomes — "Player", "Banker", or "Tie". The dealer deals two or three cards to each side and the side whose total points are closest to 9 wins. Tens and face cards count as zero. The game is rule-based and the player makes no decisions beyond placing a bet.
There are two types of bets in Roulette — inside bets and outside bets. With inside bets you wager on a specific number or a small group of numbers, where the chance of winning is lower but the payout is higher. With outside bets you can wager on odd/even, red/black, or groups of numbers — the chance is higher but the payout is lower. Roulette is a game of chance.
How to Deposit
After logging in to 999x, go to the cashier or deposit section and select bKash. Send the required amount from your bKash app to the payment number shown on screen. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Once the transaction is confirmed, the funds are added to your gaming balance. If there is any problem, let us know on live chat right away.
Currently 999x has four payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. These are Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services and a minimum of ৳500 can be deposited through each one. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
Yes, the deposit process through Nagad is just as straightforward as with bKash. Select Nagad on the 999x deposit page, send money to the specified number from the Nagad app, and confirm with the transaction ID. Deposit a minimum of ৳500 and the process is complete, with funds added to your balance.
999x itself does not charge any deposit fee. However, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay may occasionally deduct a small transaction fee under their own policies. Check the relevant mobile banking app for the latest information. If you have any issue with the full deposit amount reaching your balance, contact support.
Generally, deposits at 999x are added to your gaming balance almost instantly. The process is fast for all of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. If there is a network issue or delay in payment verification, wait a few minutes. If your balance has still not updated after a long time, contact support with a screenshot of the transaction.
