999x Terms and Conditions

999x (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "us") operates an online gaming and entertainment service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("user" or "member") and 999x.

By accessing the platform, registering, participating in games, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and all associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

Complete, accurate, and up-to-date information must be provided at the time of registration. Deliberately providing incorrect details for name, mobile number, or mobile banking information is a serious breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

999x supports deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile banking methods only:

• bKash — the most widely used mobile financial service in the country
• Nagad — the official mobile banking service of the Postal Department
• Rocket — the mobile banking solution from Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — the digital payment service from United Commercial Bank

4.2 Limits and Timing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, if additional verification is required, this time may be longer.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal funds will be sent to the same mobile banking account from which the deposit was made.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of the account verification process.
• 999x reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.4 Deposit Responsibility

It is your responsibility to send funds using the correct details. 999x is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect information.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus on the first deposit is available at 999x, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

5.3 Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per registered account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• 999x reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5.4 VIP Programme

The 999x VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play and enjoy weekly cashback of up to 1.5%. The criteria for advancing through VIP tiers are set by 999x and are subject to change.

To maintain a fair and safe environment on the 999x platform, every member must follow the code of conduct below:

• All games must be played honestly and ethically.
• Exploiting any bug or system error is not permitted — accounts found doing so will be closed.
• Respectful behaviour towards other users must be maintained at all times.
• Sending irrelevant or offensive messages in chat during live games is prohibited.

• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Fraud, deceit, or suspicious activity.
• A court order or instruction from a law enforcement authority.

In the event of account closure, funds held in the account may be returned or forfeited depending on the applicable circumstances. If closure results from a breach of these Terms, all bonuses and any funds earned from bonuses will be forfeited.

A user may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. In such cases, any legitimate funds in the account will be returned.
